WAYNESBORO, VA, August 31, 2011: For the second year in a row Waynesboro Town Center, developed by Collett & Associates, was voted Favorite Shopping Center of the 2011 Valley Favorites from the readers of the News Virginian, covering Waynesboro, Staunton, Augusta County & Nelson County.
Waynesboro Town Center, completed in 2007, is a (+/-) 400,000 square foot community center anchored by Target, Kohl's, Ross, PetSmart and Michaels. It is managed by Collett & Associates and the leasing is handled by Brett Womack McNamee of Divaris Real Estate, Inc.
