Collett & Associates Names New Director of Management Services

CHARLOTTE, NC – May 16, 2011 – Collett & Associates has promoted David Martin to Director of Management Services, effective immediately. With over 20 years of real estate management experience throughout the southeastern United States, Martin first joined Collett & Associates in 2006 and has excelled in maximizing asset values for both third party clients and firm partners. Martin exits his role as Senior Real Estate Manager having managed a portfolio of retail properties including community and power centers in North Carolina, Oklahoma, Arizona, and Florida.

In his new role as Director of Management Services, Martin’s duties will include client relations, oversight of all portfolio operations, and implementation of firm policies and procedures. Martin will lead an expert team of managers and focus on the delivery of property management, project management, construction management, maintenance services, and cash flow management to maximize investor returns.
