Collett & Associates Announces the Sale of 910 Hanes Mall Boulevard

Charlotte, NC, April 19, 2011 –Collett & Associates is pleased to announce the recent sale of 910 Hanes Mall Boulevard, an approximately 42,750 square feet freestanding former Circuit City retail building in Winston-Salem, NC. Alex Quarrier, Rob Carter, and David Webb of Berkeley Capital Advisors represented the seller, Collett Management, LLC in its capacity as court appointed receiver. Lou Baldwin of The Baldwin Companies in Winston-Salem represented the buyer, Roanoke Vinton Radio, Inc. Forsyth County public records indicate the sale closed on April 1, 2011 for a reported price of $1,673,500.
