The Charlotte Rug House To Open at Myers Park Center

CHARLOTTE, NC, March 3, 2011 – Collett & Associates is pleased to announce The Charlotte Rug House will open in Myers Park Center, located at the intersection of Providence Road and Queens Road in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Charlotte Rug House is a fine antique rug gallery and provides a full range of services including expert appraisal, repair, and cleaning. Owner, Vahid Zahabiuon says he anticipates opening March 7, 2011. The new tenant will occupy the ±3,110 square feet space formerly occupied by Persian Rug Gallery. Myers Park Center is fully leased.
The Charlotte Rug House joins an eclectic tenant mix that includes Harris Teeter, Paul Simon & Co., Paul Simon Women, Wolfman Pizza, Fancy Pants & Tootsies Too, Myers Park Nails & Spa, Myers Park Alterations, and Myers Park Cleaners. The Landlord was represented in the transaction by Spencer Brown of Collett & Associates and the Tenant was represented by J. William “Will” Whitley of New South Properties of the Carolinas.
