David Hendrick Joins Collett

Charlotte, NC, February 17, 2012 – Collett & Associates, headquartered in Charlotte, NC  is pleased to announce David Hendrick has joined the company as Broker.  

 

David’s focus at Collett will entail buyer/tenant representation, outparcel and land sales, leasing and value-add redevelopment.

 

Prior to joining Collett & Associates, David was a Senior Broker at New South Properties and was responsible for leasing a multitude of projects for an array of partners and third party owners.  His transaction and client experience include:  QuikTrip, Fatz Cafe, Showmar’s Restaurants, Direct General Insurance, Bruegger's Bagels, and landlord entities owned by Westwood Financial Corp., The Berry Company, The Lauth Property Group, and Developers Diversified.

 

David is a licensed broker in North Carolina and South Carolina, and member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.  Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR) recognized him as Rookie of the Year in 2007.  David’s previous experience also includes ten years in the investment banking industry as a Technology Position Trader and Institutional Equity Sales Trader with Montgomery Securities, Bank of America and Wachovia Securities.  He graduated with a degree from University of Colorado-Boulder and has six years experience in the shopping center industry.
