BS in Business Wake Forest University, 2000 Business History: Byron Brown specializes in retail tenant representation and development. Mr. Brown offers his clients a wealth of experience in both large and small markets throughout the Southeast. His transaction and client experience include: Dollar Tree, La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries, Tractor Supply Company, Academy Sports, BB&T, Sunbelt Rentals, Yankee Candle Company, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse, Lifeway Christian Stores, Ethan Allen, The Men’s Wearhouse, and numerous Landlord entities.
Byron is a licensed broker in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. He has been practicing commercial real estate for more than ten years, and began his real estate career in Charlotte with The Chambers Group. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business from the Calloway School at Wake Forest University. He is an active member of Myers Park Presbyterian Church, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Wake Forest’s Alumni Association, Charlotte Regional Sports, and is past President of Latta Pavilion Condo Association.
